Nordic walking with sticks
Nordic walking is a relatively young sport, born in 1988 but developed after 1997. Who does this activity needs to stay trained even in summer for Nordic skiing. It is not a normal walk in Nordic skiing there is a certain amount of force on the sticks at each step. Doing Nordic walking you can exercise while enjoying nature and the landscape.
During my Nordic Walking lessons I will teach you right movement, controlling your technique and improving it while having fun together.
This training is characterized by different degrees of difficulty and various distance and lenght.
The Dolomites offer a large number of routes for Nordic walking immersed in fabulous landscapes. I will help you find the most suitable itineraries for you and your fitness level.
